Sesame Place

Yesterday we took Norrin to Sesame Place. Its really just a 20 minute drive from our house, but we were waiting until Norrin was at a good age to enjoy it (because it ain't a cheap adventure).

Norrin was thrilled to see Elmo and wanted to give him a high five and "take a cheese" with him.
Norrin and I acting goofy on the merry-go-round. Norrin wanted to ride a purple horse and ran like the devil was chasing him to get the horse he wanted. Horse kinda looks pink in our pictures...hmmm. Every time we went around, Norrin had to scream "hi" and wave at Da. And every time I screamed and waved at Da, Norrin would turn around and yell at me to stop. It was fun :).

Norrin and I on the teacups.

Norrin and Da on the teacups.
Da tried to take Norrin on the balloon ride, but Norrin cried when he saw Mommy wasn't coming with them. Norrin cried the entire ride.

Norrin in the Monster Maze. This was my least favorite activity. Its hard to see where your child is and its hard to see when other kids are beating the crap out of him with these giant punching bags. I had to step in on one child intentionally swinging these bags at Norrin. It took all my will power not to just smack that kid across his face. Norrin was oblivious and happy, so I guess that's the main thing.

Norrin in the "Watering Can" sprinkle area. After getting covered in sand at the Monster Maze, we decided to rinse the kid off in here...

...he loved it.

And for the last ride of the day, Norrin went down a water slide with Da.

Once again, my son proves how fearless he is.
